An Excellent Card Trick

Let any person draw a card from a pack, and put it in the pack again, but where you know where to find it again; shuffle the cards as before directed then let another person draw a card and be sure he takes the same the other did; proceed in the same way with all the persons but the one who may be last, who is to draw another card, which also return to the pack, and shuffling till you have brought both the cards together. Then, showing the last card to the company, the other will show the trick.

 MAGIC MADE EASY
We couldn't find the author of this collection but it's a compilation of tricks so old and classical we are reasonably convinced no one will complain so long as we give due respect to the craft and the magicians who practice it.

Hundreds of Amazing Parlor Tricks!

We did not invent these tricks and claim only the credit for the restoration, formatting, and strategic derivatives.

To help protect against grifters and flimflams we recommend you learn as many as you can at a rate of one or two a day. Even if you don't practice each trick, read and understand how they work.
